Waipoua Forest Fun Run & Walk 2010
Take this unique opportunity to run or walk through the Waipoua Forest home to the ancient Kauri.
This year is in its 3rd year and numbers are limited to 350 so book early. The course starts at Tane Mahuta Car Park on SH12 and finishes at the Waipoua Forest Visitors Centre.
The 12km course is mainly downhill with some flat. 10km on SH12 and then the last 2km is on a bush track with a shallow river ford near the end of the 2km. If there has been heavy rain the last
